A few pictures of Mesquite Dunes in Death Valley, shot in early May before it got too hot. Will post my other images of Death Valley tomorrow.

I have to say that I had a lot more fun shooting with a compact camera than I did 5 years ago with my Canon 5D II. Schlepping up and down the dunes with about 30 lbs of gear on your back is hard work, and therefore less fun.
