My opinion, shadows should be opened a bit. Also, that bland sky hurts. That scene needs a colorful sunset.

There is some nice light hitting the Watchman, but in addition to Stan's points you have a white branch poking into the shot from the right side, and also the bare branches coming up and across the upper right corner. Watching for what pokes into the scene from the edges is very important as you set up your composition. Perhaps all you would have had to do was move a few feet to your left and you could have avoided those distractions.

Stan, I agree, unfortunately we had no clouds in the evening while we were there. This was a first visit but will certainly be back.
