I haven't seen a single fawn this year, and rarely see adults near my abode. The last three years, there've been does and fawns dancing on my lawn all of May and June. I don't know what's up.

A shortage of Doe's not a good sign Ernie

Hopefully it's just an elevation thing at this point of the season and there is no underlying issue..... fingers crossed

Ernie a nice set! My favorite is the last one.
My deer have been behaving this year because all my day lilies are intact and blooming way better than the past years! A nice treat!
That's must be so cute to watch when they danced in your yard

Very nice Ernie. I had a small herd of 7-9 visiting my yard regularly until it was time to give birth. Since then they have rarely appeared, and and only singly. I have only seen one fawn, and that was very brief ~ Ron
