So I ran this lens through it's last test today and I am pretty happy! This test was with a sigma APO 2.0x Teleconverter attached to the first version of the Sigma 120-300 OS.

I think the results speak for themselves. The AF does suffer a slow down, but for birds on sticks it works just fine. Also, for slow movers like aicraft the Servo AF is perfectly acceptable.

Thanks Al! I do prefer the 1.4x (the AF is better) but if ultimate reach is requires, this combo is great!
