Wow, very dramatic. The wave uniformity, the spray really makes you feel the storm.
I would crop a bit though, The bottom OOF is a bit distracting (to me).

The low angle makes it extremely dramatic.
I agree with Dan about the crop.
When something is so far oof it reminds me I'm looking at a picture. I prefer to be fooled into thinking that I'm on the scene with you.
(I've never had that thought before- and it explains a lot about some of my reactions to peoples' photographs.)
