Just a few from the past couple of days in the spillway.

Had a real hard time with auto focus on the juvenile ibis, not much contrast with the background .

Had to throw a dragon in

I also like them all, Birdie, and I also especially like the dragonfly.
That's partly because they are such magnificent little creatures- and partly because you're regularly getting knockout images of them.

I am sure you know your birds better than I do. What is the difference between the white-faced ibis and the glossy ibis?

Very nice set, Birdie. In the first one the bg looks a bit foggy.
Nicely framed the second one and beautiful detail in the forth shot

Very nice work Birdie! I might add a bit contrast to the first two to cut the haze a bit

I do really like the first, it's a wonderful shot of this guy with his environment without the environment getting in the way, a marvelous shot! The dragon is a stunner, I can see why you just HAD to include it

Nothing wrong with any of these Birdie, this is a marvelous set

Another nice set, I like how you picked up the iridescence in the wing of the ibis and the light on the heron. You certainly have those dragonflies working for you lately...tell mine to be more cooperative...the ones I tried to shoot yesterday flew off just as I was about to.
