Well, after about 10 attempts, I finally managed to get a yellow warbler to come out in the open. It took chest waders and a small trek through a swamp but I finally got this one of my list. Lovely little birdie was building his nest :-)

7D, Sigma 120-300, Sigma 1.4x

Poplar fluff! Glad something good might come of a very small percentage of it. I don't know about down east, but where I am, it can look like snow on the ground sometimes. Lovely set. #1 & 4 are my fave of the group.

Ken, thanks for the wonderful education and compliment! This year I thought it was a snowing for like a week, but it was poplar fluff!

I can't remember the last time there was so much of it.

Thank you Tam, the sigma is a wonderful lens and I am considering consolidating many of my L zooms and primes to get a 1D MK4. Love the siggy.
