Very nice....I think it would look better with a tad cropped off the top and the right edge. Still keeping the face inside the rule of thirds points....

Nice shot, maybe try black and white processing. The purple and green fringing on the fence is quite pronounced and in this case I actually find it rather distracting.

I like it overall, but it seems that the focus is just in front of him, not at his eyes.
