A couple of things that I think can make this better (my personal taste ...). I think might be better to level the horizon. Right now the photo is leaning slightly to the right. Also, I think it will be better to crop the water at the bottom of the frame as it is a bit distracting and make it into a panoramic format... Again, these are just my take on the photo...
I like the shot, especially the different coloured lights.
Instead of cropping the water I'd be tempted to re-shoot if possible and smooth it with a longer exposure if that's possible, it looks from the exif as if this was only f2.8?
... colorful and sharp.
