The girl was with her family and I asked Papa if I could take a picture. I just casually watched the children splashing around in the fountain, and when this girl reacted to the cold, I raised my camera. As she looked at me, I took the shot.
Didn't you post this picture about a year or two ago? I remember, cause I kind of bashed it, and took some heat. I still don't like it for obvious reasons.
