Perfect timing, such a stunning picture.
The high contrast processing works very well.
Does the snow ever melt away from the mountains ?

A magnificent scenic photograph!
Especially since you were shooting from a boat (I'm guessing).
The snow really is quite low still- for this time of year.

Laslo - thanks very much. I think most or all of the snow at this elevation melts during the sprint and summer, but this year is cooler and spring later than usual. Our hiking was limited due to the amount of snow still on the ground.

Charile - I was on a 65 foot boot but remarkably calm seas.

Tom, Chris and Ray - thanks! Conversion was done in Silver Efex. The light was wonderfully warm (though the air temperature was anything but.)
