The light cooperated with me, and things went according to plan for this shot. Italics for emphasis because that doesn't always happen! Only in the very early morning does the light come under Hanelei pier like this. Like many mornings on this recent trip, that meant getting up very early on my vacation, braving the exotic bugs that seemed to think I was a tasty breakfast.

This is very cool looking! I like the square look of this pier, you worked the light very nice in this. And I am glad to hear you survived from turning into bug breakfast!
