This is one of the leagues I shoot T&I for so I took in a couple coach pitch games tonight. Coach pitch, T-Ball and Minor League age groups are probably my most favorite to shoot. These kids are so genuine and there's no attitudes....just out there having fun. Gear was a Canon 1DX and Canon 300 2.8. C&C welcome.
Great set, Frank. There's a Little Rascals vibe going on here. Hard to pick a favorite, but I'm going to go with #4, and I have to give credit to 2 and 3 for leading me there. Looks like fun! Completely genuine.......Where does it go?
Great set Frank! I love the emotion on the kids face. It's awesome shooting the young kids so many great moments to catch the kids doing something cute. As always color, backgrounds, comp and sharpness are spot on!
Frank - Great set of images! Love the little guys, there is always such emotion and fun. You really captured their love of just being out on the diamond for the day!
Beautiful stuff Frank- and like Ted said, really takes me back to some fun times. I shot a LL last weekend, and had a blast. So many keepers with these little guys, since they're always doing something hilarious... thanks for sharing!
Great stuff. I'm partial to #6. Although I was a little confused by 2-6. Isn't there some kinda of Yankee's fan oath about making the Sox look good? :-)
Thank you all for your comments and checking in. Yeah…..this is the real baseball. Between innings I was talking with one of the coaches and he said I should have been there on Wednesday because one of the T-Ballers decided to start "watering" the outfield grass. That would have been a first.

Shane: I shot a minor league age game yesterday at this same field and as I was shooting some of the outfielders….these kids were certailnly in another place . Some were talking, picking weeds, dancing. It was an uplifting experience to watch these little ones.
Ryan…..I lost touch with some of the equipment over the years but yeah….we as parents spoil our kids. I know I did……to a point.
Great stuff Frank, hard to pick a favorite, they were all good. I have a grandson playing now in the coach pitch league, so much fun to watch.
