I'm sure Fred killed it, it hasn't been replied to in a while, another example of fixing what's not broken, brace yourselves for recurring posts like "I got this old lens from ***** can I use it with my camera?

shh, don't ask, or they might reappear.

If fora must have them (and they don't), make them sticky on page 45, at the bottom of the page. Or provide a page top link, like 'buddies' ;-)

Not that it will bother me, but I suspect you are correct; the endless cycle of the same questions will begin yet again and yet more knowledgeable people will grow tired of it...

Forums do have a natural arch to them. But they can go up and down. It's always good to offer the new kids something more than "hey, we are tired of answering that..."

Personally, I have been away for quite some time. Nice to be back though. I spent a lot of time being one of the two main moderator/contributors over at cinema5D.com (which recently was sold and under new management...)
