I am looking for a bag that is a notch smaller than my Kiboko 22L and am looking at the Lowepro AW300 Pro Runner which is the right size for me to fit my D800, 14-24, 45PCE and 70-200 along with a tripod and extras (water, etc)
The only downside I see in the Lowepro is the padding on the shoulder straps is a bit thin.
Can anyone recommend some good shoulder strap padding I can easily find or a bag similar to the Lowepro in size / weight but with better ergonomics on the straps ?
Ok thanks,
I have been buying a few Lowepro bags and backpack in the last weeks at Amazon.uk and Amazon.de. They have some really low prices on many bags from Lowepro. I bought one Vertex 100 AW for 99 GBP. They also had the Pro runner 300 AW for 69GBP. The Vertex that also comes in 100, 200, 300 AW is a bit more "lavish". Have more details, pockets, padding and so on.
They are two different backpacks. I have never used the Pro Runner. But look at the pics on the Lowepro site. The Vertex have more padding on the shoulder straps.
I just had a look and the Vertex look great...but not sure if right for me.
I'm looking for something long lines of dimensions and weight of the 300AW Pro Runner
The two Vertex options I see aren't exactly same size / weight however as the Pro Runner :
Pro Runner 200AW : 30 x 17 x 36cm and 1.2kg (I also have this bag)
Pro Runner 300AW : 33 x 19 x 44cm and 1.4kg
Vertex 100AW 30 x 25 x 42 cm and 2.3kg
Vertex 200AW 32 x 26 x 47 cm and 3.3kg
