Keep in mind this is *my* personal taste and would be *my* processing choice: The blemishes on the model's face in #5 are a bit too prominent and distract from the model's interesting eyes, lips and overall facial features. By contrast, observe that the eyes and lips are more distinct in #6, which cause the blemishes (though visible) to not be distracting to the eye.
What I would do is keep the blemishes in #5, but reduce the contrast in then slightly--just until they no longer compete for attention with the eyes and lips as seen in #6.

I actually tried to correct those blemishes but ended up with something that looked like "too much" retouching for my tastes. Her smile looked a bit fake 
Less contrast might help, indeed. Thanks for your input.
