I was lucky to get a glimpse of this bittern while a quick visit to one of the favorite spots in the south end... It was out in the open doing its thing...

Hard enough to find, hard enough to shoot in the vegetation.
Great that you were able to get some fine images of the bittern out in the open. First for me.
