I was on my way from Banff to Jasper and I saw this calm lake with granite. I won't able to tell you where exactly because it was just a moment.... You know, I saw it, stopped my car, took a lot of pics and drove off.
All I can tell you is that it's on the right side of the highway, when you go from Banff to Jasper. It looked more like a rain water pond with these huge rocks (I walked on them to get to the center on the pond), and not true lake like Banff or Jasper has to offer. It's very small but right next to the road so you can't miss it.
