Hey mate,
A couple of little suggestions.
First your main light is too centered, I would have it on either side.
The light coming from the side on camera left is distracting especially as it's going through the hair and casting shadows, it looks like it more to the side and not behind her.
Regards
Bud

agree with comments about the the lighting but it's a sharp pic, good model and nice white background

+1 to the above comments, you also might try lowering your background light a little to avoid the flare. Make it 1 stop lighter than the foreground and it'll look great!

Why is the light too centered? Isn't this basically butterfly lighting?

For actor head shots, I definitely like to use more "dramatic" lighting than this... I come from one side with my key and use a reflector for fill.

OP: the side light casting a shadow through the hair is my major nit here. Is it background light wrapping back onto her face? If so, try and move your subject away from the background and ensure subject and BG are lit separately.

Agreed. When photographing women I will often use butterfly lighting.

The shot is clear, shows her face well and shows her features well.

To each his own as they say.

I'm in with TJ. Besides a little post work on that skin, eyes and teeth.. I like it. I may have made a color selection to make sure that HiKey background was completely even behind her.. But if you're just entering this arena... Good Job.
