Very nice work, love the soft light in the #2. It's always fascinating seeing series like this which show the landscape changing with the seasons.

Excellent shots. I love #1 composition.
#2 composition needs to be a little more to the left ot include the curve of the bay.

Very nice pics. I wonder what the people that live there do for power. I don't see any power poles or wires.

Iceland is a very lucky nation in that respect with an abundance of geothermal power. There are power lines, pylons etc, just not in this scene (I haven't cloned them out). Typically in this rural area you have spread out farms, and all of them have high speed internet. Dalvík's setting is breathtaking. Iceland's second largest city, Akureyri, (population around 18,000) is around 25 minutes away.

I really like the first one iwth that positive negative image reversal and then you have the pucnh of red way in the distance!
