This is near the and of the observation hike in Zion. This was taken on New Year's Eve. It had been snowing for several days before and there were a few snow flurries while I was hiking up. This is not something that can easily be done for sunrise or sunset because of the duration of the hike. It basically takes all day. So, I arrived in the late morning. This is a picture taken as close to the edge of the cliff as I dared to go.
Below me is the temple of Sinawava and further to the right are the narrows. To the left, would be Angels Landing and Big Bend. Across the canyon is the west rim trail. C&C appreciated.
