To the OP: Why waste our time with a thread like this?
To everyone else: If you want to save money on a 16GB CF card, buy Transcend. I just got one of their 1000X UDMA7 cards, and it performs identically to my Lexar card, for $20 less (no rebate required!).

Yeaap...Fred drove to Irvine to make you look at this thread. did you know the rebates were paltry BEFORE you clicked on it? I guess not. So a simple "Thanks, but no good rebates" would've sufficed.

I'm planning a trip in 3 weeks and want to get another 32GB card before the trip.
My policy has been to wait as long as possible as before purchasing as overall memory prices usually go down.
