It’s a hard life and someone’s got to do it! I know many people have issues with zoos. Today’s modern zoo is home to many creatures that zoologists call domesticated as they have grown up with humans just like our pets. There also a common place for injured creatures to be taken to recuperate and be released or live out their lives.

These images are from the Audubon Zoo in New Orleans.

Very nice shots Morris, I kind of favor #2. I like how you captured the eyes despite the shadow.

These are interesting Morris. Something about #2 that has me hooked. The face looks like a woven rug, I just keep staring into the shadow of those eyes. Excellent detail and textures here, a unique image for me
