I took the afternoon off today, and since the weather has been pretty rough and grey lately I decided to start sifting through the thousands of unedited shots I have fossilizing in the depths of my Aperture libraries. I was looking through shots from one of our Boiler Bay visits from about five years ago on an evening where we were rewarded for our persistence through the weather with a sky that lit up, right in the last half-hour of the day. This was from a magical night at one of my favorite spots on the Oregon coast.
