Thanks, guys.
The boy was speaking to his mother and I luckily caught just the right expression.
Although the Russians have little to fear from each other regarding their children (sadly- we in the U.S. do)- they don't leave them unattended in public places.
Of course, the mother knew I was taking a pic- and gave me the go-ahead.
(Americans in Russia in winter with cameras pointed at kids in an almost empty park... do not go unnoticed
