Exif data will show flash was used for all of these yet I know the batteries in my power pack were depleted for the last two. As I use a power pack the electronics are powered by the internal batteries in my flash and the strobe by the power pack. This probably tells he body that the flash is on, why flash return is detected is also listed and I can’t explain that.
This is the next to the last post from this set of oystercatcher photos at Nickerson Beach two weeks ago. Tomorrow I’ll close the series out with something different and special.
