Hi guys!

Let me introduce you to Neha (pronounce Knee-uh). She looked kind of bored, and rather interested in her cell phone. What attracted me to her was her awesome hat. She was very excited to pose for me, and appreciated the compliment about her hat.

Looks good.

I'd remove or at least tone down the very distracting text at the bottom.

Good work, a lot of times, an indirect compliment will get you further than a direct compliment.
