Ahhh, then this is why some cars approaching have blueish headlights, they are just coming very fast!

Thats right! None of this Xe headlight rubbish. They are just fast imports from Germany and Italy coming our way so the velocities are added. Some of them also have reduced masses.

First- terrific image!
My guess is that (as presented) the moon is moving from top to bottom. My guess is based on the blue edge at the top. And comparing it to longish exposures of moving cars at night.
Just a wild guess, though
