I'm trying to figure out which proofing site to choose to do business with (searched and couldn't find anything that stood out), so I figured I'd get everyone's input as to what proofing service they're using and why?
I'm really only looking to have the pictures available for album choices, possibly able to be downloaded by clients for invitations/prints, and print sales are the least important, but should be a determining factor since it's a potential way to generate extra revenue.
I've been looking at the big two, Smugmug and Zenfolio and have considered Shoot Proof as well.
I currently use Zenfolio but heard something about PASS coming out with a new update soon (hoping that they have a shopping cart). Depending on cost, I may switch to PASS if that happens.
I've been a Zenfolio member for two years and have been very satisfied with their service. You can save 10% when you join with the coupon code HZ9-HSH-T4R

I'm looking to change from Smugmug to something else so I'm really interested in this thread. I started a thread here seeking info about a couple more that I'd like to learn about - Photoshelter and Photo Cart standalone software. Please chime in with thoughts if you use either of these.
For those of you who use Zenfolio Premium to allow clients to order photos online - do you self-fulfill or do you use MPIX?

Anyone else agree with this? I was actually planning on switching from SmugMug to Zenfolio, but hadn't seen this type of feedback before.

I have never used SM, so I cannot comment on that. But, I have never had any problems with Zen's interface. It has worked just fine for me

It "works" but is obviously an interface designed by an engineer who was simply checking off a feature list. No problems, but IMO it is not even close to as well thought out.

Yes. Smugmug is bested by RAWfolio, but definitely not Zen.
