Thank Tobin. One of the watermarks was set here on FM when I posted. I realized it too late.

Hi thw2, I used a ND 8 filter by Hoya. The reflection off the water is lighter moreso due to the reflected light of the horizon. The Cloud mass was so dense that it resembled a storm cloud.
