This is a new in box, never used iPhone 5 black, 64 GB that I just received from AT&T.
I had an upgrade eligible on my account and received this phone through the upgrade. Instead of using the iPhone, I am buying a Google Nexus 4 phone to use along with my Nexus 7 tablet. I have to pay $385 for the Nexus 4 out of pocket, so I am selling this phone to pay for the Nexus.
This phone is still "locked" to the AT&T network. If you have an AT&T contract and need a new phone, or want to use the AT&T prepaid service, you can just insert your AT&T SIM and start using this phone.
These phones are $400 with a 2 year contract. It costs approximately $1,050 to buy one without a contract, as far as I can tell.
