Lexar has 800X UDMA 7 CFcards available on B & H. Anyone know if they are compatible with the 5D II and the 1Ds III?

yes. UDMA is fully backwards compatible and will run at the cameras native speed.

The 5D II and the 1Ds III are UDMA compatible, though the speeds of the 1Ds III don't show it.
