p.1 #1 · IS on 70-200.

So my 70-200 was resting on its hood... and then fell over.
Now the IS makes an errrrr noise after focusing, then moving.
Its not the usual static sound. its a hum/ errrrr.
Wondering if anyone has this normally on their lens, or if i need to send it in.

Of course you need to send it in. Not only is something not right with the IS mechanism, you have no idea if something was knocked out of alignment internally.
