After many years of drinking real coffee, I no longer do. Not because of the bite, but heart palpitations! Now, it's decaf! Not really worth the effort.

Caffeine does the same to me, Norm. If I have "real" coffee in the morning it means I'll probably be trying to fall asleep that night listening and feeling my heart pounding. Not fun! Like you said, not worth the effort.

Bev, even without caffeine I have a hard time sleeping more than 3 hours at a time. This assignment was tough for me to figure out a "I Love Coffee" approach
