I just got through a search for the best bag for my OM-D and a few lenses/accessories.
I settled on the ONA Bowery. Good looking, perfect size, nice construction and materials - not a lot of pockets for accessories. Also has a bit of the "man-purse" look, but I think that most of the small shoulder bags have that look.
The Think Tank is bigger, but has more features - otherwise quite similar.
I picked up a good Crumpler bag yesterday, the "two million dollar home". Oddly it doesn't appear on the web site above. It's a perfect size for a small mirrorless camera + three primes, and can wear it under a coat if you're worried about the 'man bag' appearance. The Think Tank Retrospective 5 is also very good, but has a lot of spare room.
I've been asked for a picture of how I pack the bag, so here's the approximate internal layout. There's a velcro divider in green which I've shortened to fit, and a blue microfibre cloth which acts as an extra divider.

Sorry, but that scores a 99.5 (out of 100) on the "purse" look (no man/woman qualifier needed).
I have been using Lowepro bags for a long time and I'm always amazed at the simplicity of the design. Lowepro camera bag is perfect as my daily grab-and-go bag for my new Pentax K-7 kit. It's weather-proof, just like my Pentax gear so I don't have to worry about the occasional rain or snow shower. I keep my SLR with a prime lens in one side (actually laying on the side with the grip facing up for quick access) and have room on the other side for another lens and some filters. The strap is well made and is easy to adjust. The zippers are well made and zip easily open and closed. The bag has an overall well-made fit and finish and is a joy to use. The top handle is padded and very comfortable to hold for short periods or while moving the bag around. Like most other top-flap designed bags, the handle on the top isn't very useful unless the bag is zippered and clasped closed. A short handle strap instead of a handle would have been a better choice for me, but I'm really nitpicking here.
I just received one of the new Think Tank Mirrorless Mover 30i bags. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?Ntt=think+tank+30i&N=0&InitialSearch=yes&sts=ma&Top+Nav-Search=
The quality and features of the Think Tank are a huge step up from the Olympus OM-D bag I have been using, although there is slightly less space because of the sloping top. The weather protection is way better, and the price is surprisingly reasonable, considering that it is a Think Tank product.
I really like the aero 36; it is extermly small. When compared to the equivlent lowpro it seemed a bit nicer (but it is also $10 more). This is a very small bag (em-5 + 2 small lenses). Also very light but does not provide the utmost protection - mostly good for walking aruond town and grabbing the camera for a few quick shots.
