Hey Jet,
#4 is my favorite here. I think #1 and 2 would be nice, but the ground area is too dark. Using an ND grad or blending a brighter foreground in both would really help those shots. Even just 1 more stop of light would be good.

My favorite is #1. The shadows are visible for detail even in small post. Could us a touch of shadow lifting

#3 & 4 are quite nice. As has been said, exposure could use some work here, but the shutter speeds were nailed just right imo.
