Epson's site only shows icc profiles for 4 different canvas papers. Where are the profiles for the luster & glossy papers? Have searched everywhere without success.

If you are talking about Epson lustre and glossy papers, then these should be installed at the same time as the driver. The only profiles that should be on the Epson site, are the ones that were not avaialbe at the time of the driver build.
If you are talking about profiles for papers other than Epson branded papers, then you need to go to the paper manufacturer's site. Canson, Hahnemühle, Innova, Museo, etc, all maintain databases of ICC profiles for their papers on a wide range of printers. Epson will not supply these.
As Brian said, they're installed with the driver for the more recent printers.
If the 4900's your printer, the profiles are already installed and ready for use in any properly color-managed application.
If you need the profiles for use with someone else's printer, you can install the driver and simply decline any offers to install the monitoring utilities.
no, thats because by default, as part of the installation, the profiles go into a 'special' place up in the printer driver hierarchy. Go look in Library -> Printers -> Epson -> InkjetPrinter2
the profiles are packaged for the Mac so you will need to rightclick and Show Package Contents
