not for me, I usually wake up by 4:00am or so and lay in bed until 7:00 unless I have someplace to go.
Staying awake until dark in summer is hard however.

I dither a little over the trees, Paul, but because they are dark in a dark area, I don't find them visually distracting for the most part.
