I am in search of information concerning the availability of correction for eye focus when using manual focus on my 7D. The only reference I can think of, my Nikon 20/20 had a split screen when looking through the view finder that when focus was achieved, the split disappeared. If so, would the correction available for my camera.
You mean a focus screen? A lot of companies make them including Katz Eye and Focussing Screen. I bought a generic split prism w/45 degree tilt focus screen from eBay for $25 and it works wonders with my 60D.
