Actually I like the folks leaving the frame a lot. Perfect timing to get the great symmetry. Winogrand did these kinds of things all the time. I really like the way it plays with the edges of the frame.
Processing looks good overall, although the socks on the gent on the right are a bit hot.
My first reaction is the conservative one: crop the people at the edges. But, the symmetry works well, it makes the image a bit more interesting, and there is plenty still to enjoy in the central interaction. Great expressions.

I love street shots like this, and yours is one of the best I've seen in recent times.
The expressions of the two main characters are perfect. A lot more seems to be going on than just a shoe shine- these men are enjoying themselves.
