Really like the foreground in number three, but I don't know if the moon. nice as it is, justifies all the blue sky. I'm always trying to get a daylight moon in the shot when possible, but it might be just a touch too high off the horizon. Have you tried pano cropping JUST under the moon to bring the emphasis back down to the mountain a bit?
#2 and 4 are my favorites here. I agree with Mark about #3, the foreground is really cool, but too much space. Perhaps in a print, it would come across differently, but in here, it seems like too much sky.
