The tropical water lilies don't start opening until well after sunrise, so I spent the early part of the day shooting the lotus. As the sun, and the heat climbed, I moved over to the wl. They were opening at different times, which allowed me to spend some time with each looking for good "poses". Exif should be attached, and as always, C&C not only appreciated, but encouraged ~ Ron
1) This actually belonged in the last post, but I missed it. Not a great shot, but I find the colors pleasing.
Super fantabulous work Ron You know when you have me checking the exif on most of the shots you really have my attention. Your floral work is always impressive and inspiring, shots like 4 & 8 demonstrate what I'm talking about. I didn't know what 1 was at first

Oh my Ron, fabulous shots! The first looks like a shower head and many superb shots with great composition and artful lighting.

My first thought was shower head too. Does it bother you that we think alike? Thanx Eric.

Ron - I like them all, with 1, 5, and 7 as favorites. Interesting how we took rather different pictures of the same subjects. I suppose that is one of the things that make photography endlessly fascinating.
I am glad that work eased up a bit for you, and do let me know next time you plan to be out this way.
