Hey all,

I am new around here, but thought I would put out the idea of doing a Toronto (GTA) get together.

Summers are obviously busy for this forum, but maybe we can find a Sunday that will work for a bunch of us.

I am free later part of August but probably not before even on Sundays! My brother's wedding is coming up and relatives are flying in all from out of country.

So what happens at these get togethers?

I am in TO, would be cool to meet all FMers from TO. Yorkdale is OK but a bit crowded on weekends. Whats the plan?

If not working I will be there. Brickworks would be a cool location, pretty quite on weekends, has some tables set up and a snack bar I think.

Agreed that yorkdale can be nuts.

From north of the city, but I would be up for "Brickworks"

Week nights work for anyone?

Or how about Sunday August 12?

I am in maple and brickwork is only half hour away with light traffic. Not to bad.

Actually Yorkdale mall was quite notorious for car break ins. Not sure if it is now.

Yorkdale is way too busy specially on weekends. Heck you're better off meeting at Yonge/Dundas square, same hassle almost, but more bars
