This is the first time I tried the "Breath Over the Lens" method. If my memory serves me right, I first heard about this method when Marc Adamus uploaded one of his a couple years ago. It's been on my mind to try, but I seem forget whenever I'm in the field. So this morning I gave it my best shot.
I will have to keep your technique in mind if it ever again gets cool enough in Florida for it to work. Vaseline also does the trick if you can bring yourself to put it on your lens.
I have seen this technique used before. I think it works here, make it feel very humid...you were adding it, and I worked like mad last week to keep it off my lens!
It was over 50 degrees in the morning when I shot this. I had to use an old trick to get my breath to create the moisture. Vaseline? Hmmmm, not sure I have the guts for that.
Hi Travis,
I'm glad you like it. I know what you mean. I usaully fight to keep it off, too.
