Boy do I ever miss the smell of roasting chiles by the roadside when I used to live in NM. This photo brings back some memories!

Even though I live in Oregon and can't experience the roadside chili roasting, we have a store here that roasts chili's once a year when they are in season. It's nice to be able to experience a little of the southwest.
