Going to europe for 5 weeks in August and will travel with my mini-trekker but looking for a camera bag that will hold the following for walking around:
canon 5DII + 24-105 + 270ex flash + 17-40 + ipad
Not looking for a backpack but a "stealth type bag" that doesn't say STEAL MY CAMERA!
Any suggestions?

It's a small, clean, professional bag that hopefully will fly under the radar. If you spend your time configuring it, you'll be surprised how much you can fit in it (although this is about the smallest kit I've ever carried.) I'm carrying an iPad II, 5D MK II, 24-105, 50 1.4, 580 EXII, off camera cable, Lowe cf card caddy, 2 Lee 4x6 filters, 2 Lee adapters, Lee Foundation Kit and a few odds and ends.
Re-thinking the sling thing....
Just realized that a messenger bag can be worn like a sling bag and carried either on my back, side, or front, duhhhh coffee helps! Also the sling bags look like they would be uncomfortable to wear in front, too high.
That opens up a greater variety and size of bags. Now to start over looking at lightweight messenger bags.
Any preferences for just camera with lens, extra lens, couple extras, and ipad?
Pickpocket proof would also be a requirement.
FWIW, I have this Domke bag which I used as a sling bag during a recent week away and - as a sling - it was fine. But most of the time I only had the 5D + 17-40, a few accessories, and some personal stuff in it. It's not big enough for what you list - and which is very similar to what I want to carry - and it also has incredibly strong, and incredibly noisy, velcro which, frankly, was more of a hindrance and an annoyance than a help.
I'm waiting for delivery of the ThinkTank Retrospective 7 which I am pretty sure will be big enough. It's designed to take an iPad and it has a cushioned strap which will make it more comfortable with extra weight.

How about TT's UD 35? It's small enough to be unnoticed and can be sling over your shoulder, it certainly accommodates your needs. I've done alot of local traveling with this bag and love its versatility. The downside is that it's definitely not pickpocket proof, but what bag is?
The Domke satchel has a very secure clip/d ring closure, ought to deter pickpockets. The iPad just slips into an unsecured pocket but would be against you body and should be safe. That's not a great concern for me as I don't intend to keep my iPad with me while wandering around Dublin.
