Depends. Do you need/want the extra 4MP because you often find yourself a little short of pixels when printing large? Would roughly 1 stop better noise performance at UHI (Ultra High ISO) be enough, or would you like as much as you can possibly get? Do you want your base ISO at 100, or 200, or do you not care?
$2000 is a lot of money. I'm sure the D4 is fantastic and worth every penny. But it'll cost roughly the same to upgrade one of your cameras to a D4, or to upgrade both cameras to D3s bodies. So there's arguments on both sides, and unfortunately none of us knows your preferences, your needs, and your typical shooting enough to really help you with such a personal choice.
I would personally get the D4. I've always invested in the best gear I can get, and I believe the gear has paid me back handsomely. But I'm probably in the minority, not least because I've been blessed with a higher-than-average degree of success so it's easy for me to say that my strategy has worked. I have no way of knowing whether that strategy would help you.
However, I see that you've had your D3 bodies essentially since they were released. So think about it this way: if you're happy now that you made the investment then, it's probably a good idea for you to rinse and repeat. You can get a D4 now, and use it for another 4-5 years. For that, it's probably a good deal.
