I would suggest that you do two cases, and keep the beauty dish in its own case of some sort. The heavy pack and head and extra batteries do not mix well with a light weight beauty dish, plus you may not want to uses both together. I do not yet have a good case for my beauty dish, but like the flash in one case, my general reflectors and grids in another, and soft boxes with speed rings in another. That way I can grab what I need for what I want to do.
Beauty dishes are kind of easily damaged, and there are some cases available just for them that protect them.

I'm making a padded case for my beauty dish at the moment, I can't imaging putting it with my 600r in one huge case.
The 600r and head fits almost perfectly into the Sling-O-Matic 30 which leaves one shoulder free. I don't use the disc reflector that came with it but the zoom reflector can fit inside it too if you put the head into the reflector backwards. This is how I carry it, everything else goes into separate bags.

The beauty dish would probably fit in the Hensel Soft bag. It holds my 22" dish, and the Profoto dish is just a little smaller and would likely be a nice fit.

The Profoto-branded case for BD (made by Tenba) is CC-22SF, #34 02 12, and is "Air" rated. These are not easily found. In stock at B&H is the Tenba-branded "Car" case for Profoto BD @ $250. Given the price of these reflectors, especially with grid and opal glass diffuser, the investment seems reasonable. I should get one myself.

Joe,
Rico makes a good point. If you do any air travel with your gear, then the Hensel bag isn't going to get it done. But if your work is primarily local and you're transporting by car and handling your gear gently, then the Hensel bag will work just fine.
The Hensel bag is lightly padded and works best to keep scratches off and for easy transport because of the handles on the bag. If you pack it at the bottom of you car under your light case, it's going to bend your beauty dish. I only use it for local use and it has been terrific.
