I made my wife one of her favorite dinners tonight, sauteed shrimp tossed in angel hair...then she caught me taking pictures of it, and told me to stop playing with my food. My entry this week...Sautee! Good luck to everyone.

"Stop playing with your food!" - I can just hear it

I get that eye-roll thing whenever I whip out the camera in an otherwise non-photogenic situation... Thank God for tolerant spouses...

Thanks Robert, I do all of the cooking in our house, but this one I thought might have some interest to it, and be worthy of the assignment.

Thanks Rick. Yep, chilies were used! We go through more chilies and related items in our house than any two people should.
