Something different for us, this is Mexican inspired.
Patties made with powdered shrimp, can not recall
what she called it. But it's literally cooking in the
photo.

Unusual dish, I've never heard of powdered shrimp, but I love shrimp so I bet this would be good.

Nice shot, I guess if they make powder eggs, milk, potatoes,why not powdered shrimp, probably would like it.

Thanks guys, as to the powdered shrimp, it seems somewhat gritty so I would guess there is some shell ground up with it. I would have thought it to be of Asian origin. It tasted like shrimp, just hope she holds back on the salt next time. Reminds me a little of salmon patties.

Powdered shrimp is something I have not of heard of but supper sure looks delicious.
